Manufacturing & Dispatch Time

  • As most of our products are made-to-order and handcrafted, the standard dispatch time is 3–6 weeks, depending on the product type and customization requirements.
  • Dispatch timelines may vary based on location, product availability, and order volume.

Delivery Time

  • Once your order is dispatched, delivery typically takes 7–10 working days within India, depending on your location.
  • Delivery timelines may vary due to logistics constraints or remote area accessibility.

Important Delivery Guidelines

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the ordered products can fit through doors, staircases, and lifts at the delivery location. Product dimensions are clearly mentioned on the Website.
  • All products are delivered in sealed packaging/boxes only.
  • Open box delivery is not available.
  • Unpacking and installation (if applicable) are to be handled by the customer unless otherwise specified.
