Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy – RD Woodmaker

At RD Woodmaker, each product is crafted with precision and care, often customized to meet specific customer requirements. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

Customization Policy

  • Most of our products are custom-made or made-to-order.
  • Once order details are confirmed, manufacturing begins immediately.
  • Therefore, customized products cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded under any circumstances.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.

  • If the order is cancelled within 12 hours, a 10% cancellation fee will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled if:
    (i) The product has already been shipped
    (ii) The product has been scheduled or processed for manufacturing

Return Policy

  • Returns are accepted only in case of damaged or defective products.
  • You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with proper proof (images/videos).


To initiate a return:
Email or WhatsApp us with:

  • Order details
  • Photos/videos of the damage

Conditions for Return:

  • Product must be unused
  • Product must be returned in original packaging with tags, labels, and invoice
  • Packaging must be secure to avoid damage during return transit

Non-Returnable Cases

Returns, exchanges, or refunds will not be accepted in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Product does not match expectations (design, color, size perception, etc.)
  • Products purchased during sale or discount
  • Products damaged after delivery
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided
  • Customer unavailable at delivery location
  • Refusal to accept delivery
  • Product delivered as per customer instructions to a third party
  • Force majeure events (natural disasters, transport issues, etc.)
  • Product tampered with or altered by the customer

Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed only if a replacement is not available for a damaged/defective product.
  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, refund approval will be processed.
  • Refunds will be issued after receiving your confirmation via email.
  • The refund process may take 7–10 business days.

Replacement Policy

If a product is found damaged or defective, we will:

  • Offer a replacement, or
  • Provide a refund (if replacement is not possible)

Important Notes

  • Unboxing should be done carefully; RD Woodmaker is not responsible for damage caused during handling after delivery.
  • Slight variations in color, texture, or finish may occur due to the handcrafted nature of our products and are not considered defects.
  • Final decisions regarding returns/refunds are subject to inspection and approval by RD Woodmaker.
